How do I log in to my school email?

Visit www.office.com and login using your Dover College email address (e.g. 16jonesj@dovercollege.org.uk) and password. Once logged in you will need to click on the OUTLOOK icon to access your Inbox.

I've forgotten my Dover College email address and/or password. What can I do?

Please call 01304 205969 (or +44 1304 205969 from outside the UK) between 8.30 AM and 5.00 PM and someone will be able to remind you of your username and reset your password if necessary.

Prep School pupils only - a copy of this is on a label stuck inside your Home Learning File.

How do I log in to Google Classroom, Google Meet or Google Docs?

As per your email, you need to login using your Dover College email address (e.g. 16jonesj@dovercollege.org.uk) and password.

Google Meet or Google Classroom says I don't have permissions?

This can happen if you are logged in to Google using a personal account rather than your Dover College one. Click on the icon in thr top right hand corner of the screen whilst on a Google page to check which account you are using. If you are logged in with a personal one, choose Sign Out and then log in with your Dover College email address.

How do I log in to Satchel One?

Visit www.satchelone.com and choose Sign in with Google. Enter your Dover College email address (e.g. 16jonesj@dovercollege.org.uk) and password.

Please call 01304 205969 (or +44 1304 205969 from outside the UK) between 8.30 AM and 5.00 PM and ask for IT Support.
